At the Munich Security Conference side event, the Middle Corridor was highlighted as a strategic key to stability, economic integration, and political cooperation between Europe and the South Caucasus. Representatives from Azerbaijan, Georgia, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development emphasized the role of connectivity as a tool for promoting trust, reforms, and sustainable regional cooperation. The focus was on how coordinated investment and reliable partnerships can ensure long-term stability, peace, and economic development along the corridor.

At this year's Security Conference 2025 in Munich, the ICI was given the opportunity in light of the ongoing escalation in the Red Sea and the dramatic developments in Gaza, the need for a sustainable and cooperative approach to peace in the Middle East has never been more urgent.
